Our Story

We’re John and Darcey, and we’re so glad you’re here.

Our story has roots on opposite sides of the country. Darcey grew up in Upstate New York, while John is originally from California. After building a life together and living in different places, we found our way back to Upstate New York and knew this was where we wanted to settle.

Peterson Property Group FLX grew from our love of this area and something pretty simple — creating comfortable, welcoming spaces where people can settle in and truly feel at home.

It started with Easy Breezy, our cottage on Lake Ontario. We fell in love with the setting and the idea of sharing it with others — a place to slow down, spend time together, and make memories by the water. What began with one special property soon grew into something more.

As we expanded into Rochester with Alexander on East, our focus grew too. Today, we offer vacation stays as well as thoughtfully furnished homes for professionals, families relocating to the area, and people who need a comfortable place to call home for a little longer.

Maybe it’s because we know what it’s like to make a new place home ourselves, but we believe where you stay matters. Whether you’re visiting for a few days, coming to the area for work, or starting a new chapter here, we want you to feel comfortable and cared for from the moment you arrive.

We hope you’ll feel at home here.
